Bring Your Stereotype To Work
Empathy, vulnerability, kindness, and generosity have no place in the workplace. That’s exactly the outdated stereotype we wanted to change. For International Women’s Day, we created ‘Bring Your Stereotype to Work’ for Omniwomen UK + Allies, a global initiative dedicated to increasing the number, seniority and influence of women in the workplace. A campaign that celebrates previously unwelcome leadership qualities and instead heroes them.
